What the service includes

Plate Euphoria does not claim that its owner or staff are certified or registered dietitians unless the person actually holds and accurately identifies the applicable credential. The words “personalized,” “nutrition,” “healthy,” and similar marketing language describe the purpose of the meal-planning service and are not intended to represent a medical or dietetics credential.
Allergies, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions
Customers must provide complete and accurate information about allergies and dietary restrictions. Customers are responsible for checking product labels, ingredient lists, manufacturer warnings, and cross-contact information. Plate Euphoria does not guarantee that any recipe, grocery item, meal, or preparation environment is allergen-free or medically appropriate for a particular person.

Wisconsin may have separate requirements depending on whether a business prepares, handles, sells, stores, transports, or delivers food.
